We’re creating a space for you, mamá & hija to slow down, move together, and share a moment that feels grounding and meaningful.

Through a gentle, beginner level yoga flow, you’ll reconnect not just with your body, but with each other… honoring the love and strength that connect generations.

After class, stay and enjoy a curated selection of local vendors, created to celebrate community, cultura, and small businesses.

Ages 12 and up are welcome.

Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat.
